I want to let people know about Lynn. I had lost my dad in March 2021 and then my mom in April 2021.
I was introduced to her by my sister. She had known her for years.
Lynn was there for me, holding my hand on getting ready to sell my parents house. I didn’t want to get started, but she helped me see what could be done and she would do everything she could to get it off my plate. She gave me a timetable to follow, she didn’t get upset when I wasn’t really working on it. She just offered her assistance to help in any way.. And told me it was ok, we can always change the list date. She pushed (a little) but that was exactly what I needed.
Well, my parents house was sold and the time was for my husband and I to move to Oregon. Again, Lynn to the rescue. We got everything done pretty smoothly .. With Lynn's expertise is listings, an offer was accepted in 3 days. Above asking.
She got us in contact with an Agent up here in Oregon and we found the perfect house.
I am the Attorney in fact for a Gentleman that I have known my entire life. It is my responsibility to make sure he is being taken care of and to do what is necessary to make that happen. He was running out of money so I needed to get his house ready for sale.
Again…..Lynn to the rescue. They house was being lived in by his son, and I needed to get him to move out so we could paint, etc.. She helped talk to him about moving out, reason etc.. She could step back and have a better conversation about it without all the feelings on my side. She helped me find him a place for him to live etc. We prevailed and he moved out, the house hadn’t really had anything done to it in several decades. Lynn worked her magic, by offering to handle the contractors to get it ready to sell. As I as living out of state it was so helpful that she could help in that way.
During this same time frame, by daughter decided to sell her house, And you guessed it. Lynn to the rescue. Same thing.. Offered to do anything she could and to help guide my daughter in all aspects.
Well, All 4 houses were sold and one purchased because of Lynn and her very loving and caring personality.
We still keep in contact, checking on each other. I consider her a friend.
